They found 20 classified documents in Biden’s possession

It is established how they ended up in the premises of the expert center

A total of two dozen classified documents were found w Joe Biden, reports CBS News, citing an official from the law enforcement agencies.

“According to the source, the total number of known documents designated as classified is approximately 20,” it said.

According to the source, about half of those documents were found at Biden’s think tank, and among them were top-secret materials.

The rest of the documents were at the president’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, but none were top secret. The fact that Biden kept classified documents in the downtown office came to light this week. Moreover, according to media reports, the president’s confidants disclosed them even before the midterm elections for Congress in November.

Biden’s aides later discovered a new batch of documents in the garage of his private home. All of the documents are said to date back to when Biden was vice president.

Justice Secretary and Attorney General Merrick Garland have ordered an investigation into how the classified documents ended up on the think tank’s premises.

Biden himself learned about the documents when his lawyer reported them to the White House. According to the president, he was surprised to learn about the find and had no idea what kind of material it was.

Biden served as vice president in the Obama administration from 2009 to 2017.
