Ending Russia’s participation in Ukraine’s grain export agreement is tantamount to “weaponizing food,” the White House said.
“Russia is again trying to use the war it started as a pretext to weaponize food. This directly affects countries in need, world food prices, exacerbates already severe humanitarian crises and food insecurity,” the spokeswoman for the Council for national security Adriana Watson.
