Elon Musk is once again the richest man in the world
His assets have increased thanks to Tesla shares
Elon Musk, who heads Tesla and SpaceX and owns Twitter, topped Bloomberg’s list of the world’s richest people again on Monday.
Musk’s fortune is estimated at $187.1 billion, according to the agency.
Musk regained the title of the richest man on the planet, overtaking the president of the group of companies LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) Bernard Arnault, whose fortune amounts to 185.3 billion dollars.
According to Bloomberg, Musk’s assets have increased thanks to an increase in the share price of his company Tesla by almost 70%. The increase in demand for the company’s electric vehicles after their price cuts also contributed to the growth of the billionaire’s fortune.
