We’ll soon be charging e-cars faster than a phone

Scientists are developing a new way to quickly charge electric cars, the Washington Post reported. That’s according to a new report. In reality, this is a solution to one of the big questions facing new car models. The new method allows a full charge of an electric car in about ten minutes.

The U.S. is working on a plan to make it a mainstay of the road. Various charging options are currently available. At some stations, it takes more than forty hours to fully charge an electric car. Tesla has developed models that charge in fifteen minutes and guarantee a distance of three hundred kilometers, but this equipment does not apply to other models.

Extensive research has been done into fast charging, with new equipment already in the works, which should be available within five years.
