Ukraine to Iran: We warned you

Mykhailo Podolyak, the adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, addressed Iran on Twitter

Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, addressed Iran on Twitter after the apparently damaging drone attack on a weapons facility in Isfahan, saying “Ukraine has warned you,” the Jerusalem Post reported.

As proof of this apparent warning, Podoliak included in the Ukrainian version of his tweet – but not in the English version – a screenshot of a tweet made on December 24, 2022, the publication said.

The tweet in question reads as follows:

“Iran, which plans to increase the supply of missiles and drones to Russia, grossly humiliates the institutions of international sanctions. It is important to abandon the non-working sanctions, the invalid concept of UN resolutions, to move to more destructive tools – liquidation of factories, arrest of suppliers.”

The hint appears to be that Ukraine has warned that someone will try to destroy Iran’s factories and other weapons facilities, the Jerusalem Post added.
